Special Event Applications
Solvang is a popular destination for special events, which are defined as any activity held on or otherwise impacting public property and/or services.

Smaller Events
Smaller events do not require street closures and/or anticipate fewer than 250 attendees. The application form for smaller events should be submitted to: specialevents@cityofsolvang.com at least 60 days prior to the event.
Larger Events
Larger events require street closures and/or anticipate more than 250 attendees. As more time is required for these events, application forms should be submitted to: specialevents@cityofsolvang.com at least 120 days prior to the event.
