Payment Options
1. Automatic Bank Drafting

*This form must be accompanied by a voided check.*
The City initiates the transaction, and the amount owed for the current bill will be deducted from your bank account on the 10th of the month.
2. By Mail

3. By Phone
We accept credit cards over the phone, at 805-688-5575. There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments made directly with city personnel. We also have an automated pay by phone system for a flat fee of $1.25. You can call the automated pay by phone system directly at 866-306-7865.
4. In Person
We accept cash, check, and credit card payments at the counter. There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
5. Drop Box
A drop box for afterhours payments is located in the alley way between City Hall and the Parking lot.
6. Online
City Payment Website: Municipal Payments Online
You can make a payment using the City's payment website. A $1.25 processing fee will be assessed. Registration FAQs
7. Bank Online Bill Pay
If your bank offers this feature, you can initiate the electronic payment of your bill. We recommend you allow 7-10 days for the payment to arrive from the bank. Please include your utility billing account number on the payment request.
