VIEW 2nd PLACE WINNER VIEW 3rd PLACE WINNER No 1 VIEW 3rd PLACE WINNER No 2 VIEW 3rd PLACE WINNER No 3 The winning artwork will be digitally enhanced and used to promote the City's Storm Water Program in printed materials and on the City's Website. The stormwater program educates City residents about their connection to the river and ocean. Anything that makes its way into a storm drain ends up in the river and ocean untreated. High levels of pollution associated with runoff from city streets can lead to impaired water quality and beach closures.
